This high-fiber high-protein smoothie bowl is packed with healthy fats and antioxidants. Strawberries are rich in Vitamin C, an antioxidant that supports healthy skin and hair and helps build collagen, while bananas are packed with potassium for muscle recovery. Add in a scoop of protein powder and it’s the perfect post-workout refuel!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries ⁣
1/2 banana⁣
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower⁣
22g protein powder⁣
1 Tbsp flaxseeds⁣
1 Tbsp chia seeds⁣
1 1/2 cup almond milk ⁣
Toppings: sliced banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, almond butter⁣

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
