Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
A grain-free banana muffin recipe with no added sugar! All you need is some extra-ripe bananas to get that natural sweetness, plus some cinnamon to bring out the flavor. These muffins are a light and fluffy healthy treat and one of my favorite go-to’s for a quick dessert.
Ingredients
3 medium bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup almond butter
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350. Mash your bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add all the wet ingredients and combine well. Add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and mix. Divide the batter evenly in a muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
