Homemade bread baking is having a moment these days, and I would be remiss to not offer an allergen-friendly recipe. This gluten free, grain free, paleo bread has a nutty flavor from flaxseed and is a hearty alternative to carbohydrate-heavy traditional bread. It tastes amazing with a little almond butter, half an avocado, or on its own!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour⁣
1/4 cup ground flaxseed ⁣
1 Tbsp whole flaxseed⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣
1/2 tap baking soda ⁣
4 eggs⁣
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar⁣

Directions

Preheat your oven to 300. Combine all ingredients well. Spray a 9 inch loaf pan with your choice of cooking oil and pour the dough in. Bake for ~45 minutes and sprinkle whole flaxseed on top for garnish. Enjoy!
