Warmer days = smoothie season! I love a good protein smoothie bowl, and a blueberry base is definitely one of my favorites — packed with antioxidants, fiber, and amazing for your brain and heart! Smoothie bowls are a great way to get in a lot of vitamins & minerals and hit all your macros in one meal, and are great when you’re running short on time to cook!

Ingredients

1/2 banana⁣
1 cup frozen blueberries⁣
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower⁣
22g protein powder⁣
1 Tbsp hemp seeds⁣
1/2 tsp almond extract⁣
1 1/2 cup almond milk ⁣
Topped with almond butter, sliced banana, chia seeds, flaxseed⁣

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings. Enjoy!
